Before the Intentional Job Search program, I was a product manager and leader at Citibank. I had not changed jobs in ten years! My biggest challenge was I had no idea how to conduct a successful search for the next tech PM role.

I was very hesitant when I spoke with Shobhit. I asked him 1000s of questions, and he answered them very genuinely. That's what led me to join the program.

I worked through all stages of the program - stories, LinkedIn, and interviews. I felt so much more confident going into interviews as I consistently got a hire or strong hire ratings from IPM coaches.

I applied to six jobs, interviewed at four, and had three offers! I did not expect that to happen since these were my dream companies.

I hit the goals I set for myself. I joined Twilio, a tech and product-focused company. It met my goals: moving from banking to tech, into a well-known brand, and working for a great manager.

This program has changed quite a few things in my life. It has helped me better communicate my own stories and made me much more confident in life. There are so many principles that I've learned here, which it's not just for this job search. It is, in general, in life, both personal and professional. The skill sets I've learned here will be beneficial in multiple ways.
