The IPM team empathetically acted with a sense of urgency to get my interviewing skills sharpened and my resume ready to start applying to jobs in less than 2 weeks (i had an accelerated timeline due to immigration related deadlines)

Intentional Job Search (IJS) was pivotal in helping me craft my career narrative and understand the perspective of a product leader who is looking to add a Product Manager to their team. Being able to be a part of mock interviews with product leaders is what helped me improve my interviewing skills, craft the right narrative with the appropriate level of detail.

My hypothesis is that the harder you work at IJS and the resources it has to offer, the better your results will be. I was able to find a job while I was still completing my IJS training - took me 3 weeks of IJS coaching to land my first offer.

I'd highly recommend this program if you act with a sense of extreme urgency in your career, are able to spend hours of effort working on improving your resume, interested in learning how to craft the best product management narrative, and are open to receiving and implementing constructive feedback you will receive from your coaches.
