When joining the Intentional Job Search program, I sought to transition into my first Tech Product Manager role. After self-introspection, I became clear about my goals and sought mentors, drawn to Shobhit's content.

The program helped me transition effectively. I found the storytelling work with Sam particularly influential — learning how to frame my background in a way that resonated with tech companies.

The supportive community was a huge bonus. Having peers going through the same journey made the process less isolating.

I went from no interviews to landing so many interviews that I did not have time for all of them. I landed a role at Animoto and continue engagement through the Product Leader Blueprint and Tribe programs.
