I came from a nonprofit background wearing multiple hats in advocacy, research, and project management. I had previously attempted breaking into product but couldn't advance past final interview rounds and struggled articulating a cohesive narrative.

I considered boot camps but appreciated that IJS combined skill-building with active job searching. The program provided coaching at each step, helping me strengthen my storytelling, interview confidence, resume, and LinkedIn presence.

Having the coaches and support system of the program made a really big difference. The investment is significant but delivers substantial returns for committed participants.
